At Wilderness Resource, we’re committed to fast, reliable delivery and transparent shipping terms.

Free Shipping within the Lower 48

All orders shipped to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) qualify for free shipping.

Extended Zone Shipping

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands will incur an extended zone shipping fee at checkout.

Processing and Fulfillment

All in-stock items are ready to ship directly from our warehouse in Austin, Texas.
Tent orders ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. Tracking information is automatically sent as soon as your shipment leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We primarily ship via UPS Ground, which typically arrives within 3–5 business days for destinations in the lower 48 states.
An estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout based on your shipping address and selected service level.
