Something wrong with your Wilderness Resource gear? Use this form to start a claim under our 1-Year Wild Warranty. Fill out every section so we can review your claim without back-and-forth. Most claims are reviewed within 5 to 7 business days after we have your photos or video.

Purchase Details
From your order confirmation email. For Amazon, Etsy, or eBay purchases, use that marketplace's order ID.
An approximate date is fine.
The warranty transfers with the original order number and runs from the original purchase date.
Product
What Happened
What is wrong, where it is on the product, and why you believe it is a manufacturing defect.
Ground surface, whether it was fully staked and guyed out, how long it was up, weather conditions, stove use, and how it was stored.
Photos and Video
Email your photos and video to info@wildernessresource.com right after you submit this form. Put "Warranty Claim Photos - Order #" and your order number in the subject line. We can't review a claim until we have them. Please include:
  • A close-up of the defect
  • A wider shot showing where the defect is on the product
  • A photo of the whole product set up, if it can be set up
  • Any product label or tag
  • If it arrived damaged: the shipping box and shipping label
  • A short video for anything that moves or leaks (zippers, valves, air beams, poles)
Use this for large videos. Make sure the link is shared so anyone with it can view.
