Returns & Refund Policy

At Wilderness Resource, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

All purchases include a 90-day return window, starting on the date the package is delivered.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out via the Contact Us page or email us at info@wildernessresource.com with your order number. When contacting us, please let us know whether the tent has been opened/used or if you are returning the box unopened.

Return Shipping

  • Lower 48 (Contiguous U.S.): We provide a prepaid UPS return label.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipment Deadline

All approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of initiating the return.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return items in the original packaging (if possible) with all original components and accessories, in the same condition received. Returns that require additional cleaning or restoration may incur a cleaning fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Display/demo tents are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Returns may be exchanged for a different model or size based on inventory availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund per this policy.

Inspection & Refund Timing

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is delivered to our facility.

Restocking Fees

We generally do not charge a restocking fee. However, a restocking fee may apply on a case-by-case basis (e.g., missing components, excessive wear, or non-resalable condition).

Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect, we will handle it under our warranty. Please contact us via the Contact Us page or at info@wildernessresource.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
