GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We do not ship outside North America at this time.

How quickly do you ship orders?
All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order placement. Most orders within the continental U.S. arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times for Canada and Mexico vary due to customs. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you offer bulk or business discounts?
Yes. Bulk and business discounts are available depending on the product and quantity. Please contact us at info@wildernessresource.com or use our Contact Us page to discuss bulk pricing.

Are your tents available year-round?
Yes, our tents are generally stocked year-round. Certain high-demand models or sizes may sell out temporarily but are restocked regularly.

Do you offer custom branding or logo printing?
We do not provide custom branding or logo printing services. However, our tent materials are compatible with heat transfer logos if you wish to add your own branding.

Do you accept returns from outside the U.S.?
We currently accept returns from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico only. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Do you offer wholesale or reseller partnerships?

TENT QUESTIONS

Do I need a platform or deck for my tent?
No. The only product that requires a platform is the Geodesic Dome. All other tents can be safely placed on grass, dirt, or level ground. If you prefer to use a platform, build it slightly larger than the tent’s base diameter and use readily available dimensional lumber from your local hardware store. Every setup is unique, so customers should determine what best fits their location and needs.

How much space do I need to set up my tent?
Plan for about 10 feet more space than the listed tent diameter to allow for guy lines and proper tensioning. For example, a 13' tent requires approximately 23' of open space, a 16' tent needs 26', and a 20' tent needs 30'.

Can I set up my tent on uneven or rocky ground?
The ground should be as level as possible to properly shape the tent. Remove sharp debris to prevent wear on the groundsheet. Rocks are usually fine, but we recommend clearing as many as possible to reduce long-term abrasion from foot traffic.

Do the tents come with floors?
Yes. All tents include a groundsheet, except the Geodesic Dome, which requires a platform or deck surface.

How durable are the tents?
With proper maintenance, our tents can last for many years. Regular cleaning, drying before storage, and using a protective cover when not in use will significantly extend the lifespan.

How do the tents handle wind, rain, and snow?
Our tents are designed to perform well in wind and rain. Snow should be cleared periodically to prevent excessive buildup and strain on the fabric or frame.

Do I need a permit to set up a tent?
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local building codes and zoning regulations before installation, especially for semi-permanent or commercial setups.

Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes. We offer replacement poles, guy lines, and other components. Contact us for assistance if you need specific parts replaced or covered under warranty.

How difficult is setup?
Setup difficulty varies by model. You can find detailed setup information under each tent’s product description on our website.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns must include all components in original condition. For details, visit our Returns & Refund Policy.

How do I file a warranty claim?
All Wilderness Resource products include a 1-Year Wild Warranty. To submit a claim, please email info@wildernessresource.com with your order number, photos or videos of the defect, and a brief description. For more details, see our Warranty Policy.

Do replacements reset the warranty period?
No. Warranty coverage begins on the date of the original purchase and does not reset with replacements.
